✦ General ✦
- Payment through Paypal or eTransfer ONLY. No Bitcoins.
- No NFTs.
- Duration of art commission process: 1-3 weeks on average or depending on the complexity.
- You will receive digital art file in JPEG or PNG.
- I have the right to decline the commission.
- All of my artworks, including WIPs, are going to be posted in my social media.
- If you want to request your commission to be private, additional costs may come forward for compensation.
- No NSFW. Soft is fine.
- I have full rights of the commissioned piece.✦ Payment Terms ✦
- I will send the client a PDF copy of the invoice once an agreement has been done.
- Payments are accepted for CAD using Paypal or eTransfer. Please email me for eTransfer.
- Payments can be paid partial or upfront.
- I will only continue the commissioned work after the upfront payment has been sent.
- Payment deadlines: If the client failed to pay on time, I will cancel the project.
- If I'm unable to finish the commission for whatever reason, I will refund you.✦ Work Progress ✦
- I will update you through DMs or email (preferably discord)
- I will send the first colored sketch draft to the client for approval and changes to be made.
- I will then send the second cleaner draft for second approval.
- Any requests of major changes after the second approval will be charged.
- Any errors will be fixed for free.✦ Usage Rights ✦
- I have full rights of the artwork. This means I have the right to post, sell, and/or publish the commissioned artwork on social media or online shops.
- You may use the art commission for personal use.
- You MAY NOT use the art commission for commercial use. (examples are anything that involves promoting and selling the art such as Advertisements, Product Packaging, Monetization, etc.)
- Art commissions that are dedicated to commercial use will have an additional fee so that the client can own the full copyright and royalties of the artwork.
- PLEASE link and credit my post properly if you wish to repost the artwork.
- You are not allowed to take credit of the drawing process.✦ Priority Commission ✦
- If you wish to skip the waitlist, the priority fee will be 50% of the commissioned price.

✦ Can I repost your art? ✦
- You are NOT allowed to repost my art without crediting or linking my art back to any of my social media sites (Twitter/Tumblr/IG).✦ What digital art softwares do you use? ✦
- I use Procreate and ArtStudio Pro on iPad for general digital art illustrations.
- I use ClipStudio on my PC for bigger projects and for more detailed rendering.✦ Where can I track your commission progress? ✦
- You can see my art progress tracker on my Notion.
- I update this progress tracker regularly. When you commission me, you can track your queue based on the amount of projects that I currently have.
